Returns

We accept returns on all products that have not been opened and accompanied by the invoice. The product must not have been used and must be in its original packaging. No returns will be accepted on products that have been used, for a question of hygiene. You are not satisfied with the product purchased? Please email us within 10 days of receiving your order at infos@agencenbotw.com

Trades

Exchanges or purchase credits are applicable to all products that have not been opened or used, and must be in their original packaging accompanied by the invoice. The exchange can be made on a product, service or in purchase credit at the store. KQUEEN BEAUTY does not reimburse transport costs related to the exchange. Allergic reactions

If an allergic reaction occurs within the first 2 days of using a product purchased on the online store, we invite you to contact us at + 1 (514) 296 8270. Proof of the allergic reaction may be requested. in order to justify the refund or exchange.
